In order to be accredited to the MIMC’s Panel of Mediators, an individual must:-
have completed the MIMC’s 56-hour mediation workshop equivalent, which shall include:-
(i) the MIMC two (2) day Introductory to Mediation Course; and
(ii) the MIMC five (5) day Advanced Mediation Skills Training Course; and pass a practical assessment.
Upon being accredited to the MIMC’s Panel of Mediators, the Mediation shall be bound by the MIMC Rules.
